Looking forward to 2025
In 2024 we developed crucial features for brand governance, such as the Brand Kits, Locked Content, Global Doc Setting... And even more engaging content options with Personalization and the Carousel.
In 2025, we'll continue to build on brand governance with features such as linked content or brand spaces. We'll also focus even more on scalability, including using AI tools with Foleon to speed up your content creation process even further!

Our 2025 product roadmap
In 2024, we released a lot of cool new features. Multiple Brand Kits, Global Doc & Lock Settings, and foremost, Personalization. Next year, we'll enhance your platform experience even more, focusing on scalability, accessibility, and brand governance.
A new dashboard
We've been working hard on a future-proof dashboard. It doesn’t just look better — it’s also lightning fast, easier to use, and has improved search.
Table improvements
Our table improvements allow you to copy/paste from other tables or spreadsheets, let you select multiple cells, and manage columns at scale.
Native CRM integrations
Use our Foleon native forms to generate leads and gather data directly in your CRM. These forms can deliver a personalized experience by applying personalization properties.
Brand/company space
Adjust and align multiple workspace settings from one central space - your brand/company space. This will enhance brand governance and access control.
Enhanced Enterprise Plan
Improvements include approval workflows, centralized content management with the ability to update live documents simultaneously, and a Media Library within our dashboard to manage company brand assets, among other features.
Improved formats
These include upgrades to engage audiences with more and better-animated video options and page transitions. We'll increase the file size limit for GIFs, explore new video integrations, and support background videos on mobile.
AI to improve scalability
AI can significantly scale up content creation by automating, optimizing, and personalizing the production process. As a first step, we’ll release our AI text assistance.
Accessibility
We aim to provide users with better options for creating accessible content. Our focus areas include improving navigation options, increasing flexibility in header structures, and styling the Foleon cookie consent, among others.
US-based hosting
For data compliance reasons, we'll allow you to host your content on US-based servers to comply with privacy and security regulations in the US.
