Promoting inclusivity in June and beyond

Throughout June, individuals around the globe gather to honor Pride Month through festivals, parties, parades, and cultural events. These global celebrations applaud the monumental strides to ensure better safety and equality for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

However, amidst the slew of parties and rainbow-clad attire, sometimes it's easy to forget where Pride Month came from, how we got to where we are, and how to keep the conversations around Pride moving all year long. To help, we've collected stories from the LGBTQIA+ community and its longstanding allies around inclusivity, allyship, visibility, and awareness and created a brief history of how and what Pride is. And for all of us who want to continue making an impact on behalf of the community and educate ourselves further, we’ve put together a list of resources showcasing the LGBTQIA+ experience and celebrating the community's contribution to society.
